Witness:
GA TANG, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, and a resident of Unit 3
of Lipat Bahay Condominiums, Baguio City.

Formal Offer: Your Honor, we are offering the testimony of Ga

Tang, the current occupant of Unit 3 of Lipat Bahay
Condominium, in order to prove that Pete Livingstone, the
plaintiff, was not informed of the transaction between Ga Tang
and the corporation Pitak Realty Inc., the witness will identify
documents pertinent to this case and will also testify on other
allied matters.

 I, Ga Tang, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of
Unit 3 of Lipat Bahay Condominiums, Baguio City, after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby states that:
I am answering the questions propounded by my counsel,
Atty. Regienald M. Clemens of the Patheads Law Office,
Baguio City, fully conscious that I am under oath and that I may
face criminal liability for false testimony or perjury;

This Judicial Affidavit is written in English, a language

known and understood by me, and the examination and
execution thereof were done at the Patheads Law Office, #101
Bonifacio Rd., Baguio City; and

This Judicial Affidavit shall serve as my direct testimony in

this case.

1. Q: Please state your name and other personal

circumstances.
A:I am Ga Tang, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a
resident of Unit 3 of Lipat Bahay Condominiums, Baguio
City.

2. Q:Do you personally know Mr. Pete Livingstone or Pedro

Batongbuhay?
A:No sir.

3. Q: How did you come to know of Mr. Pete Livingstone?

A:I only met him on February 14, 2018 sir. I remember the
day because it was valentines. He knocked on my door,
introduced himself, and explained that my property was
promised to be transferred to him by Pitak Realty Inc.

4. Q:Did Mr. Pete Livingstone present a document to you?

A:Yes sir. He presented a document which showed that
Pitak Realty Incorporated promised to deliver to him my
unit.

5. Q:How did you react when he showed you the

document?
A:I informed him that unit 3 of lipat bahay condominium
was sold to me by Pitak Realty Incorporated on

 November 30, 2004. I also showed him the contract
between me and Ms. Gloria Batongbuhay- Gracia.

6. Q:Do you personally know Ms. Gloria Batongbuhay -

Gracia happened?
A:No sir, I only knew her because she was the one who
signed the deed of sale of my unit.

7. Q:Before or at the time of the signing of the deed of sale,

were you shown a resolution by the company authorizing
Ms. Gloria Batongbuhay- Gracia to sell the property?
A:None sir.

8. Q: Do you affirm and confirm the truthfulness and veracity

of all the statements you stated in this judicial affidavit?
A: Yes Ma’am.
