Dear Sir,
Please note the following wrt the I/O list furnished.
1. We have indicated the Soot blower control logic I/O in the BOP PLC, which may be
shifted to BMS PLC if required. Also add 1 no AO for the same.
3. .Three nos. of BMS PLC per boiler seem to be higher side. This may be reviewed and
may be considered 1 no. for BMS cum SB PLC per boiler.
2. We have indicated the I/O list for Boiler protection and drive control logic in BOP
PLC. 40 no. AI and 25 nos. more DO also to be considered in this on account of BP-1 and
SG cool down requirement.
3. We have considered the I/O list as per the BHEL (T) portion P&ID and auto control
loops.
