We worship none else,
Glory is Yours. We are sincere in our faith,
Despite the judgments of deniers.
We don't worship You -
As You ought to be worshiped, God,
O Worshipped One. What You give cannot be prevented.
What You prevent cannot be given.
Glory is Yours. Those You guide cannot be misled.
Those You lead astray cannot be
We don't known You guided.
As You deserve to be known, What You decree cannot be blocked
O Known One. What You command cannot be
thwarted.
Praise God
For guiding me to a life of balance Those with apparent advantages
and right actions Have no benefit without You.
I continually ask your forgiveness -
for my shortcomings In the Name of God,

Only The Divine Essence,
Who has no associates. God is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.

I bear witness,
Muhammad is God’s servant and
messenger

For myself and my faith. The Most Forbearing,
the Most Generous.
In the Name of God,
For my family and possessions. Glory to God,
At the summit of awe and might.
In the Name of God, Praise God, Sustainer of the worlds.
For whatever my Sustainer provides.
There is no god but God,
God is my Sustainer, Only the Devine Essence,
I associate no other with You. without associates.
-
God, Most Dear, Most Glorious God is One, Unique, Alone, Eternal,
I need not fear, Single;
Your protection is supreme, The Sustainer,
Your praise is glorious, Without companion or successor.
Your Names are holy.
There is no god besides You. You, Who is never so occupied
- Listening to one
God, As to not hear another.
With You I take refuge
From my own evils; You, Who is never confused
From the evil in others; By anyone’s language.
From the evil of self-willed oppressors;
And from the evil Enable us to taste
of every disruptive whisperer. The coolness of Your effacement,
And the sweetness of Your forgiveness.
Truly God is my protector,
Who bestowed the Book, Amen.
And watches over the righteous.

If others turn away from me 8

I must say: "God is all I need.”
There is no god but God,
The only one I need rely on.
The Sustainer,
Presiding from the summit of awe and
might.

Work with negative attitudes

Every time
I observe in myself
Negativity – in:
thoughts,
manifestations (behavior, deeds),
attitudes,
postures, or
feelings,

I will strive to replace it

with a feeling of confidence and love…

…toward the new world

which is being born,

…toward the still unborn child

that is the future mankind.

I will arouse in myself constantly

this love of the future humanity.

The way we extract this food for the 2nd body is by conscious reception of the air and
by blending it with the higher energies already existing in us.
We do this with the help of the chakras which are both energy accumulators and
points of contact between our physical body and our second being body. These
chakras or energy accumulators are for energies we use during our daily life.

The endocrine glands,

thyroid and - fear, stage fright
adrenal glands
supply force and sensitivity to our emotional centre.
sex centre can connect us to the Great Accumulator.
spinal marrow connect to moving centre,
back of the head ct instinctive centre. - give up smoking or similar habits
centre of the head ct intellectual centre. - For channelling sex-energy

Understanding of these chakras is a science which can be used to help us

make use of undesired energies and
to work on changing our habitual patterns.

(For channelling sex-energy - use the centre of the head chakra.

For fear, stage fright, etc. - use throat chakra.
For helping to give up smoking or similar habits - use back of the head chakra.

For more deep seated patterns, e.g. drug addiction, all can be utilised in co-operation
with a mantra.)

From: Gurdjieff - Meetings 1941 – 1944

Thursday, September 16, 1943

Ja: [In the course of the day] One doesn't [necessarily] see the person whom one has
chosen for one's task and afterward one sees that the day has been empty. How can
one keep, in the absence of that person, the fire necessary for one's task? How can one
put something in its place?

G: It is impossible to work all the time, on an object; you haven't enough energy. For
this reason, one half of your time should go to your task and half for the preparation of
the task. It's a very good combination. You must use the time when you are not seeing
the person to prepare yourself. How to prepare? You can only do one thing - you can
consciously increase your wish for contact with that person. You can increase it by
saying to yourself: "I am". You breathe consciously. You say, "I am". When you say "I",
you breathe in the air consciously with all the active elements of the air. When you say
"am", you accumulate some energy in your battery and you think of using this energy.
You represent to yourself the person with whom you are working and you think when
you see that person you will be more concentrated, you will have more contact with
him. So that what you would have done in seven times, you will do in one.
