FLA 3: Government Provisions on Indigenous Peoples

The government has to protect its people regardless of sex, race, ethnicity, language,
culture and even social status. The constitution and government provisions should
observe inclusivity among Filipinos, as it will promote sustainability of culture,
equity, equality and peace. Provisions should not only protect and secure the lifestyle
of the people in the mainstream but as well as the indigenous people. To address this,
the government has created several policies and provision protecting the IP’s culture,
norms and tradition.
