Flow:

 Greetings
 Ask the transaction of the guest (Re servation)
 Ask the details of Reservation
- Date and time of arrival
 Check the availability board if there’s a vacant room on the particular arrival date of the guest
 Ask how many guest will be the reservation for
 Offer the brochure of your hotel to the guest so that he/she can choose a room
 Discuss the amenities/facilities the room selected by the guest
 Ask how many days the guest will be staying
 Ask for the information of the guest
- Complete name
- Address
- Contact number
 Mode of payment of the guest
- Cash/ Credit Card
 Repeat all the information given and state the total cost of the stay
 Ask if the guest has special requests
 Give the Confirmation number of the reservation
 Inform the guest of the policies of your hotel
 Inform the cancellation policy of your hotel
 Inform the guest about your telephone number and website
 Bid goodbye
