namely IOL, BPCL, HPCL; The ships of SCI, Varun Shipping, Great Eastern & ESSAR were

audited.

· Scrutiny of dry dock work carried out by shipowners including SCI/GESCO/ESSAR,

Bills Payable by Govt. Charters i.e. IOL, BPCL, HPCL. Bills were scrutinized for correctness on

behalf of Charterers.
