PURPOSE OF THIS BROCHURE
‘This brochure is being circularized for the following purposes:
1. Toprovide information on the Manila Doctors Hospital
Quality Assurance Committee to all MDH staff as well as to
the public.
2. Toserve as a guide in the establishment and implementation of
quality assurance programs in all the different departments
and units of the hospital.
