Dear MR. VILLANUEVA,

This refers to the Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) dated 26 January 2018 betweenxxxx,
for the purchase by and consignment to xxxs for a consideration of xxx inclusive of VAT.

As of date, despite: a) due fulfillment by xxxx of its obligations under the MOA, and b) previous
communications and reminders, xxx failed to pay the above due and demandable amount.
Pursuant to such failure, I have been retained by xxx to demand and collect the foregoing
outstanding debt.

Accordingly, FINAL DEMAND is hereby made upon xxx to settle the amount of xxx within
FIFTEEN (15) days from receipt of this letter. Otherwise, we will be constrained to file the
necessary civil and/or criminal action against xxx, in his personal capacity, to protect the interest
of my client.

I trust that you will give this matter your preferential attention to avoid any expense and
inconvenience of litigation.
