Roles & Responsibilities:

 The main responsibility is to analyze assigned tickets and providing satisfactory solutions for the tickets
within the time frame.
 Reviewing the development requirements and supporting the development.
 Analyzing the errors, searching for causes of errors, provided correct solutions and suggested for
preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
 Working with end users for solving issues based on severity levels.
 Ensure adherence to project standards and procedures.
 Support provided with regards to master data maintenance, procurement, and inventory management.

Project #2:

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Working as dispatcher in support project for the production system.

 Supporting to the production system, activities based on the tickets from business users on various
functional issues related to day to day business transactional activities with the production system,
issues related to procurement & inventory management etc.
 Receiving incidents and routing it via general queue to specific queue and assign it to respective team
members & follow up the status & update to client & team lead.
 On MM related incidents picking tickets from specific queue monitor master data & analyzing issues &
test it and then provide solutions to users & prepare the solution documentation for future reference.
 On client new requirements discussing with team leads and routing the requirement to steering
committee and prior to approval discussing with technical team & providing the time to complete the
task which include development, testing & validation after the solution.
 Coordinating & providing FS to Technical team on the support, in case if any new developments or
enhancements are required by client.
