 AUTO-REBATES PROGRAM

A. Acknowledgments and Confirmations

By accepting to participate to the Auto-Rebates Program (the “Program”), you confirm that you understand,
acknowledge and accept the following:

1) The Introducer, through which you registered a trading account with the Company, may share part of
his/her Commission generated according to the Introducer’s Agreement he/she has with the Company,
with you (“Rebates”). The Rebate amount will be credited (added) automatically to your trading account
as balance through the use of the auto-rebate functionality, on a weekly basis, as determined by the
Company. The Rebate amount will not be paid earlier than 48 hours since the related Commission was
generated.

2) As a result of the above payment into your trading account, these credited funds will become part of your
‘margin’ which might be used to support any open positions that you may have at the time of the payment
of the said Rebates and might potentially not be available for withdrawal.

3) The Introducer may offer more than one auto-rebate Programs, and each Program may have different
terms, conditions and specifications regarding the Rebate amount that is paid to Introduced Clients.

4) Rebates is a percentage/amount of the Commissions earned based on the respective Introduced Client’s
trading activity, as determined in the specific Auto-rebate Program that the specific trading account
participates to (i.e., it depends on the financial instrument on which the Introduced Clients trade on and
the specifications of the auto-rebate Program that the Client participates to).

5) The terms, conditions and specifications of the said plan are solely determined by the Introducer and may
be amended, at the Introducer’s sole discretion, without prior notice given to you. It is hereby clarified that
the configuration of the auto-rebates functionality and the respective terms, conditions and specifications
of such payments is the sole responsibility of the Introducer, as the Company does not interfere in any
way to the determination of the percentage/amount and/or any other terms, conditions and specifications
set out by the Introducer.

6) Without prejudice to any other provision herein, the Company is not a party of the relationship between
you and the Introducer, it shall only facilitate the automatic payment of such amounts (i.e. Rebates) into
your trading account and is not in any other way involved with the auto-rebate plan that the Introduc er
offers at his/her sole discretion.

7) The payment of Rebates shall be made to your trading account provided that the generated Introducer’s
Commission is not the result of Fraud Traffic and/or of any trading activity that is in violation of our
Company’s Terms and Conditions of Business or the Introducers’ Agreement, which govern the business
relationship between you and the Company and the business relationship between the Introducer and the
Company, respectively.

8) Should the trading activity/behaviour on your trading account(s) be detected violating the Company’s
Terms and Conditions of Business and/or the Introducers’ Agreement or should the Commissions
generated relate to allegedly fraudulent accounts or should you be found using strategies aimed at deriving
profit from Introducers’ Commissions and Rebates to the detriment of legitimate trading, the Company
reserves the right to cancel the Commissions generated from such accounts and exclude you from
participating to the Program.

9) Numerous ‘buy’ and/or ‘sell’ transactions on any financial instruments and any other trading patterns that
indicate that such transactions are carried out by you with the sole aim of generating Commissions are
considered as transactions conducted in collusion with the Introducer, even if your information (such as IP
address, contact details, etc.) does not have any direct intersection with the Introducer. The Commissions
as well as the Rebates derived from such transactions will be cancelled and the respective payment to the
Introducer and/or Introduced Client shall not be made. The Company also reserves the right to terminate
the business relationship with you and/or the Introducer.

 10) In the case that a credit/debit card chargeback request is submitted by you, all Rebate amounts shall be
cancelled.

11) You hereby acknowledge and accept that the Company may adjust/re-adjust the Commission structure of
the Introducer, at its sole and absolute discretion. You further acknowledge and accept that the latter may
potentially affect the Rebates that are payable to you by the Introducer and confirm that it is the Introducers
sole responsibility to regularly review and monitor the relevant Commission structure.

12) You hereby acknowledge and confirm that this Program is discretionary and the Company reserves the
right to terminate this functionality at any time with prior notice to the Introducer.

B. RESTRICTIONS

13) Information about Introduced Clients’ trading activity/operations or their personal details are not shared
with the Introducer.

14) For the avoidance of any doubt, it is not considered that you have established a relationship with the
Introducer if you had already entered into an agreement with the Company, without registering through
the Introducer.

15) The Company shall, under no circumstances, be held liable for any actions and/or omissions of the
Introducer that resulted in violation of the provisions of the Introducers’ Agreement and/or of this
Addendum, and shall not reimburse the Introducer for any loss occurred from such action and/or omission.
