AFFIDAVIT ON BEHALF OF PETITIONER

I, M.Dominic Savio Jegam Son of A.Maria Jeganathan aged

about 56 years, residing at 141/A, Chinna Subbaraya Pillai

Street, Puducherry-1 presently come down to Chennai do

hereby solemnly affirm and sincerely states follows:

1. I submit that, I am the petitioner herein in the present

SLP and as such well acquainted with the facts and

circumstances of the case as such I am competent to

swear this affidavit.

2. I state that I have read and understood the contents of

the synopsis and list of dates consisting __pages (B to

H) and SLP consisting of __ pages (_ to__) and

paragraphs __ to __ of the SLP are true to my

 knowledge and paragraphs __ to __ and prayers before

this Hon’ble Court.
