Hi Keenan,

I am so happy that the Year 2 dental hygiene students will do two yoga
classes with you or Duane. One
thing I didn�t ask is how many students could you accommodate at one time?
There are 26 students in
the class. Is that too many?

If it works with you, can we confirm these two times:

Feb 8th 9:30-10:30 (On my first email, I had said 10:30)

Feb 23 1:30 -2:30

Also, would you please let me know what room number to put on the timetable?

Hi Donna,

We should be able to help with this again this year. However the Tuesday time
at 12:30pm will not work
as we have a Yoga class at noon. The Wednesday on should work. We are
definitely able to find a time
to do this.

Hi Keenan,

Last year, you and Duane were so accommodating when I came to ask about
planning a Yoga class for
dental hygiene Year 2 students. The Learning Step �Integrate Principles of
Ergonomics to Support
Clinician Health� is the basis for this session. The best time for this
activity would be February as the
students are beginning to be in the clinical operator position for many hours
in a day by then. When I
spoke to Duane last year, he suggested two 1 hour sessions would be better
than one. I was unable to
fit that on to our timetable last year.

If possible, I would like to talk to you about the possibility of arranging

two times for February
2017. Right now, tentative dates/times on our timetable could be Wed. Feb
8th 10:30 am and Tues Feb
21 at 12:30 pm. I realize those are two random times but I am hopeful that I
could arrange different
times if it is still feasible to request your services. Thank you very much.
