SCENARIO DYFUNCKTION SEXUALITY OF MENOPOUSE

A 50-year-old Ny.A housewife came to the "X" hospital with complaints of no 3-month
menstruation, accompanied by unpleasant feelings, such as a feeling of warmth that spreads from
the body to the face (hot flushes), difficulty concentrating, headaches, heart palpitations, cold
hands and feet, restlessness, feeling pain around the vagina when connected so that he often
refuses when invited to connect with her husband. Vital sign: T: 150/90 mmHg P: 24 x / minute
N: 84 x / minute Temperature: 37.5 ºC. A few months before you don't get your period, the client
reveals irregular menstruation.
Clients have never experienced menstrual abnormalities (such as dysmenarhoe,
menoraghi, metrorhagia, etc.), venereal disease, tumors, etc. The client first menstruates
(menarche) at the age of 15 years. Clients never abort / miscarry, all deliveries are assisted by
midwives and born spontaneously. 9 months ago the client stopped using Norplant contraception.
The client always asks repeatedly about his condition whether he might be pregnant again or if
he is menopausal.
