(Hereinafter the Purchaser)

RECORDAL

WHEREAS the parties entered into a Deed of Sale (the Principal Agreement) dated 21st April 2018 in terms
of which the SELLER sold and the PURCHASER purchased property being Erf 11226 Brackenfell situated at 1
Edward Close, Brackenfell 7560 (the Property);

AND WHEREAS the parties have agreed to amend the Principal Agreement as agreed to hereunder;

AND WHEREAS it is recorded that this addendum forms part of and must be read with the Principal
Agreement, which but for the amendments agreed to herein below shall stand in its entirety.

AND WHEREAS the provisions of the Principal Agreement remain binding on the parties.

NOW THEREFORE THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

Clause 8 – Mortgage Bond

 To be amended to read: This agreement is conditional upon a mortgage bond or bank guarantee of
R1 072 000.00.

Clause 1 a. – Deposit

 To be amended to read: A deposit of R268 000.00, payable by 30th June 2018.
