No. 1: IN THE MATTER of the intent to award as a concession the installation, operation and
management of a high quality outdoor holiday market at Union Square Park, Manhattan (Permitted Premises), for
one (1) five-season term, commencing upon Notice to Proceed (NTP) and terminating five (5) years from NTP, to
Urban Space Holdings, Inc., whose address is 6 West 14th Street, New York, NY 10011. Each season shall
commence approximately one (1) week prior to Thanksgiving Day and terminate approximately the first week of
January of the following year. Compensation to the City will consist of the higher of the minimum seasonal fee
(Year 1: $1,000,000; Year 2: $1,050,000; Year 3: $1,102,500; Year 4: $1,157,625; Year 5 $1,215,506) or fifty
percent (50%) of the seasonal gross receipts derived from the operation of the Permitted Premises.
No. 2: IN THE MATTER of the intent to award as a concession the renovation, operation, and
maintenance of a golf driving range and the development, operation, and maintenance of a clubhouse and ancillary
facilities at 232-01 Northern Boulevard in Alley Pond Park, Douglaston, Queens, for one (1) fifteen-year term, to
Alley Pond Driving Range, Inc. Compensation to the City will consist of the higher of (i) the following guaranteed
minimum annual fee (Year 1: $1,000,000; Year 2: $1,000,000; Year 3: $1,000,000; Year 4: $1,100,000; Year 5:
$1,125,000; Year 6: $1,150,000; Year 7: $1,200,000; Year 8: $1,200,000; Year 9: $1,200,000; Year 10: $1,250,000;
Year 11: $1,250,000; Year 12: $1,250,000; Year 13: $1,300,000; Year 14: $1,300,000; Year 15: $1,300,000) or (ii)
a fee equal to $1,000,000 plus 25% of gross receipts derived from the operation of the Licensed Premises in excess
of $2,500,000 per annum.
No. 3: IN THE MATTER of the intent to award as a concession the renovation, operation and
maintenance of a marina at Lemon Creek Park, Staten Island to Princess Bay Boatmen’s Association, Inc., whose
address is 175 Johnston Terrace, Staten Island, NY, 10309 for one (1) twenty-year term. Compensation to the City
will be as follows: Year 1: $123,389; Year 2: $124,623; Year 3: $125,869; Year 4: $127,127; Year 5: $128,399;
Year 6: $129,683; Year 7: $130,975; Year 8: $132,295; Year 9: $133,614; Year 10: $134,946; Year 11: $136,302;
Year 12: $137,658; Year 13: $139,038; Year 14: $140,431; Year 15: $141,836; Year 16: $143,253; Year 17:
$144,682; Year 18: $146,124; Year 19: $147,590; Year 20: $149,068.
