Greetings!

We, the undersigned, are 4th year AB English students of Mindanao State University - General
Santos City. May we ask for your permission to conduct a test in your institution, as one of our
requirements in our course ENGL 95 - Language Testing, under the supervision of Professor
Mely Subiere.

The administration of the test would last for about 1 hour approximately in one of the Grade 8
classrooms, which would be arranged at a time convenient to the cooperating teacher’s
schedule. By doing so, we are aiming to test the vocabulary competence of the students in
class. All information provided will be kept in utmost confidentiality and would be used only for
academic purposes.
