Introduction
I ,Yash Gupta did my social internship in the Upper Primary
School. I taught to the students of class VII and VIII for 14 hours
(2 hours a day). I had taken their science and maths class each for an
hour for 7 days.
I also gave them knowledge regarding the nature and the rapid
changing environment as it necessary for the young generation to
understand the sustainable development and to use their resources
efficiently and not to indulge any unhealthy activities like smoking,
drinking ,tobacco etc. and also encouraged them to plant some trees
in the locality as well as the school campus.

Challenges
Some of the challenges I faced during my internship period are:-
1. The primary challenge that I faced was about the subject, which I
choose to teach the students.
2. Second challenge was that I was not able to teach properly the
students of Hindi medium as the terminology is different from that of
English language which makes my task difficult.
3. I was not prepared for the variety of questions that came from the
minds of the students. They asked me variety of questions regarding
my course curriculum, school and the purpose behind teaching them.
4. Sometimes, It was a problem for me to manage the students as I
was very friendly with them which makes my task difficult to make
the classroom a well-disciplined one.
Learning Outcomes
1. It will boost my confident to speak and to present my knowledge
among the people.

Experiences
It was a great experience to teach the future of the country on their
grass root level. The students were extremely cheerful to get me as
their teacher, as I was a young teacher for them who can understand
them in the much better way and can try to solve their problems.
For a day or two, they were not interested in the class. But as soon,
as the time passed, they got interested and used to interacted in the
class and force me to take every class of the day and force me to
each other subjects as well. The principal was very happy by my
activities and also appreciated my work and has given me the
certificate of appreciation.
It was a great learning experience for me as I have learnt a lot from
the students and the staff of the school. I also admire the love given
by them which makes me overwhelmed.
