Please check the following 1) and 2). Incase either of them is not compliant, please replace the fuser
unit.

The heater terminal at the gear side
(marked by the red arrow in the photo
right) moves vertically. (movable range
0.1 to 0.3mm) Otherwise, it is judged as
fault.
Fuser housing
[Reference]
There is no problem about the old and new type of the screw that fixes the heater terminal.

[Check]
All the screws at the heater terminals of
4 points do not move from the terminal
plate. If the screw or nut is easily moved,
it is judged fault with insufficient force to
fasten.
*Do not rotate the screw head
*Do not touch the heater bulb
[Reference]
There are oval holes on the heater terminal and
conductive plate. When the screw is pushed back
and forth, it may be moved if fastening is loose.
