Dear Rosalina, Rosemary and Rodora:

This has reference to the repair of two (2) annex building besides the ancestral
house in Baras, Catanduanez. The ownership of this building are rest upon
ROSALINDA C. FRANCISCO, ROSEMARY R, CHAVEZ and RODORA C.
CARANZA. I believe that it comes to your knowledge that the situation of said
buildings is not in good condition. It requires extensive repair otherwise the
said building will collapse or destroy.

In view of the situation of said buildings, Instead of letting the properties left by
our beloved parents be collapse and destroy, I cause the repair for preservation
of the said buildings which amounted to P200, 000.00.

In connection thereof, I am asking for the reimbursement of the expenditures I

made for the preservation of said buildings to the three of you.

Attached herewith are the pictures before and after improvement made to the
said properties.

Hoping that you consider my situation and regard this matter.
