SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Know all men by these presents:

That I, KREESTAL KLAIRE BRANZUELA FLORES, Filipino, of legal age,

and a resident of Brgy. Ibabao, Sogod, Cebu, Philippines, do hereby make,
constitute and appoint RODRIGO G. PONTANAR , Filipino, of legal age, and a
resident of Camp Crame, Quezon City, Philippines, to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead to do the following
acts and things, to wit:

a. To represent me during the hearing of the case that I filed before the
Office of the Ombudsman;

b. The details of the case that I filed which is pending before the Office of
the Ombudsman are as follows:

a. Case No. OMB-P-C-15-0463 ART. 125 For: Unlawful Arrest

against P/Sr. Insp. Genilo Masbate Veraque, PO3 Ricardo Petiluna,
Jean Mendoro Bastasa, Jacqueline Kapaw-an Arriba, Mary Rose
Guangco Commendador, and Wilson Estrera;
b. Case No. Omb-P-A-15-0528 For: Grave Misconduct, Oppression
against P/Sr. Insp. Genilo Veraque and PO3 Ricardo Petiluna;

c. That I authorize my attorney-in-fact Rodrigo Pontanar to represent me

during the filing of the case before the Office of the Ombudsman and to
the proper court, to represent me during the pre-trial conference and all
stages of the case filed against the respondents;

d. To execute and sign affidavits, verifications and all necessary documents

relative to the above-mentioned case;

e. To do and agree on such other matters as may aid in the prompt

disposition of the action.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said attorneys-in-fact full

power and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary
or proper to be done in or about the premises as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, hereby ratifying
and confirming all that said attorneys may lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue of these presents.
