AFRI Health TRADING PLC is a Health focused Television Broadcasting Company that aims to produce medical
TV productions for the consumption of Ethiopia and other African countries.The African focused broadcasting
agency has set its roots and its head quarter in UAE and Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, aiming to first bestows its
media products. Afrihealth is an agency that runs for creating awareness and providing information on
current and former medical findings to public consumer satisfaction in a more simplified and also
entertaining manner. It targets on preventive health protection mechanisms also deals with diseases,
disorders, informative safety measures, informative physicians and health worker tips, up to date research
findings, informative television fictional shows and entertainments.

Your Responsibilities
As a Website Manager, graphics team coordinator and Content Editor to Doctors’ Corner Show, you are
responsible for the following main duties:

A. ONLINE (Web-based) duties:

1. Manages all website content and related layouts utilizing user-experience best practices.
2. Proactively monitors and manages functionality of AfriHEALTH websites and troubleshoots issues with the
website hosting company.
3. Develop or document style guidelines for web site conten
4. Upload the company’s programs and news productions timely.

5. Troubleshoots web browser, and mobile device, compatibility issues with website hosting company.
6. Plans and implements changes, enhancements, additions, and/or deletions to websites as needed, ensuring
little disruption to users.
7. Continued efforts towards the creation of self-quoting items using the website platform.
8. Identifies consumer training opportunities and provides technical support to users
9. Identifies and recommends improvements to the websites, as needed.
10. Identifies researches and recommends new E-Marketing opportunities.
11. Produces E-Marketing financial reports, as directed.
12. Maximize AfriHEALTH reach through all social media platforms.
13. Search engine optimization (web analysis),
14. Recommend web site improvements and develop budgets to support recommendations.
B. Media Content Editing duties:
1. Develop medical concepts and deliver health related issues for the Doctors’ Corner Shows,
2. Edit all the contents produced by journalists and translators for the Doctors’ Corner Shows
3. Produce new information or News, Tips, Info graphics, Animations, mini documentaries …
4. Integrate, oversee and facilitate the Shows with Website and Social Media.
C. Graphics work
1. Coordinate graphics team
2. Work graphics activities which need serious attention and experience
D.ICT related works
1. Oversee the ICT works of the station
2. Maintain working materials
E. Other Duties:
1. Prepare regular work plan and report as per the AfriHEALTH Standard.
2. Practice and cooperate with the entire team to guide the ratification of medical concepts within the
AfriHEALTH Arena.
3. Advocate Health/Medical Journalism as a core of Afrihealth.
4. Consult departments for smooth functioning through technology and Psychiatry.
5. Responsible and report to CEO
6. Perform all other duties as assigned by other top managers.
