My philosophy

My philosophy is to teach students what they need to know in a way they like being teached. I

recognise that all students/children are different and, therefore, learn differently. We as teachers

sometimes learn exactly the same way as some students. I will present lessons more formally for

the students to learn faster and while some students, repetition, and frequent reviews with a

lesson is needed with a lesson. As a teacher this will acquire visions of strategies and learning

process for enjoyable to inspire long life learners. Students should not be treated differently even

though they need to be teached differently students should be equal to others. I need to teach

them a way they learn in a better way. In my classroom all children and students can learn but

they all learn in a different way.
