The Role:
Processing of COBRA Benefits of the employees according to the US Medical Health Plan Law.
Handling various quires raised by the QB about COBRA Law and benefit.
Processing of much secured Client information.
Analysing and solving the issue.
Working as Analysis according to US Federal Law.
Generating payroll reports for client companies and calculating taxes in our client employees.
Converting data into excel sheets before load in mainframe.
Generating report of Balance Total Report.(BTR)
Calculating Federal, Medicare & state taxes.
The Attainments:
Achieved, 12 “E-recognition” awards from US Project Manager’s, for working late nights and for hot
conversions sent to client’s within the time limit with good quality work.
Taken initiative to maintain the total team production data, attendance data. Created the all the
production data sheet using the Excel.
Taken necessary action to streamline the process with the help of US people for COBRA process.
