Can meritocracy survive against evergrowing

corruption,casteism or nepotism ?
I see not a bright feature in India at least for a generation.

Gujrat high court remarked a few years ago that corruption and casteism have destroyed
this country.

A sitting judge of Rajasthan High court admitted that 300 cases are to be disposed within
300 minutes.

Delhi High court observes that 90 percent of govt is corrupt.

However , while the govt and its various organs fail , the almighty helps,

during the time I was facing workplace jealousy , harassed on frivolous charges:-

wherein the only" grave" charge ever alleged was (Translated extract)“The acts of Mr. Shri
Gopal Soni leaving headquarters repeatedly without permission of competent authority
amounts to his grave violation of company rules which is not expected from a public servant
(company personnel). It is clear from the aforesaid that Mr. Soni did not observe honesty
and integrity to his duties & he acted against the image of a public servant & under prejudice
to the interests of the Company & thus violated rules3(i)(ii) (iii) (iv)& committed
misconduct under Rules4(1) ,(5),(6),(7),(8),(9),(16),(17),(20)& Rule 18(1) & Rule 19of
General Insurance Conduct Discipline & Appeal Rules, 1975,as amended.”

the merit of my son made my city proud.
