Subject: Reformulation of DSL/FTTH Broadband plans (PAN India/Circle Specific) in all the Circles and withdrawal of
certain PAN India/Circle Specific DSL/FTTH Broadband plans -reg.
1. Following has been decided by the Competent Authority:
(i) To reformulate DSL/FTTH Broadband plans (PAN India/Circle Specific), which are currently being offered in
different Circles/PAN India basis, for all the existing as well as new customers. Details are as follows:

2. The Circle shall ensure to comply with all regulatory mechanism including on line reporting to TRAI and also update the
Circle website.
3. All other terms and conditions shall remain same as per earlier circulars.
4. These instructions shall be effective w.e.f. 01-09-2018.
5. This circular is issued based on the approval of Competent Authority in Broadband cell file No. 64-447/2018/BB/Tariff.
