It is an opportunity to me study about a

person's experience. I would like to thankful
to ICFAI have given me this type of project. In
a particular life an experience is very
important aspect to attachment with a
person's activity by the experience
automatically changes his/her life, because an
experience of a person become more
understandable about that work what he has
done in precious life.

In this way I will collect information about

a particular organisation owner's experience
about his business how he/she maintaining his
day-to-day activities and what is the focus by
his past experience.

It's an electronic shop "SANGAM

ELECTRONICS (BERHAMPUR)"In this silk city
Berhampur I have visited this shop for my
workout.

This live project contains not only about

experience but also about market expose to
the customer and how made a place in
berhampur city in a shorten period & how
experience helps to a business become
successful in the competitive market.
 OBJECTIVE OF THIS LIVE PROJECT

The main objective of this live project it's

an experience also to me which will help in
summer internship programme(SIP) because
it depends on my motivation power whether I
am able to collect the information about
organisation or not.

It's a first step in the corporate world

which I have to go through to the depth of
that organisation. I know I have already done
the operational work out. That was only the
condition of out knowledge not clearly but in
LIVE PROJECT I have to collect more
information regarding that organisation.

In other word we can say it's a practice of

marketing to read about a person's
psychology.

Here some points of this project as objectives:

 To understanding the organisation.

 To collect information requires some
skills.
 To know how they are maintaining
customer relationship.
  To run a particular organisation is
there requires any experience or not.

This project deals with experience in

different organisation. It aggregation of the
customers perception as well as workers and
owners, the feasibility of convince by the
workers to it's customers who are visiting
their shop. The main important description
both plans and his rivals.
  Awareness of about an organisation in
local area.
 Workers perception.
 Identifying the organisation for long
term and short term.

METHODOLOGY

I have collected this information through

personal interview and by asking
questionnaire method. When I visited that
shop at 7:30 PM the owner has engaged with
his company person name is AKSHAY KUMAR
MAJHI (MD).

I tried to convince that person to get

some information regarding his past
experience. At that time he asked me a
question that is "who are you" I said I am
DEBENDRA SASMAL from ICFAI NATIONAL
COLLEGE as a student and there is an
assignment type or project which we are
collecting from market.

In this way I asked this type of questions as

follows:

1) Sir your name please?

 2) When you stated your business?
3) How many type of product you are
dealing?
4) How many workers you have?
5) How you motivate or convince to your
customers?
6) From where you import your goods?
7) Who are your competitors?

This type of questions I asked to that person.

And briefly discussed about this questions
under.

good relationship with it's customers for last
2 decades and above by providing best
services to their customers as comparison to
other organisation.It's a unique and different
from other organisation.
 Because due to experience we will know
what is the real fact of a situation. This
organisations have lots of features which is
goes under goodwill of that organisation.

CONCLUSION

For this live project I conclude that it

depends on wholly experience to run a
particular organisation. In other words to
understanding a particular activity slowly
slowly…….
 Here slowly refers to experience.
As this report the organisation has been
running since 28 years. The presented owner
Mr.Gopal only sitted and watched what's
happens in his father's shop .Slowly he
obtained lots of ideas during that period. He
understood everything from the import goods
to the customer service. After his parents now
he is continuing his business.

For this comparative study I conclude that

SANGAM ELECTRONICS is the best and better
organisation from others.
