Complainant-Affiant, JENNIFER C. CAMALLAN, Filipino, 25 years of age with address at

145 Brgy. San Gabriel, General Trias City, Cavite, with the assistance of my sister, Ma. Cristina
C. Perez, after having been sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. I am the complainant in the instant case.

2. After my sober and soul seaching assessment and analysis of the whole incident which
prompted me to file the instant case, I realize that the incident which gave rise to the
filing of the instant case against the accused is mere misunderstanding between the
parties.
3. I am no longer interested in the further prosecution of the instant case against the
accused.
4. I am no longer testifying against the accused JOVERT DE MESA y LOZARES in the
instant case.
5. Accordingly, I am informing the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor of Cavite and this
Honorable Court that I am hereby withdrawing my complaint-affidavit in the instant
case. Hence, I am requesting the authorities concerned to dismiss the instant case
against JOVERT DE MESA y LOZARES.
6. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the above statements.
