Formative – Quizzes, graded activities, ticket-out-the-
doors, labs, bellwork etc.
Summative – Projects, tests, and/or labs
Homework – Reviewed practice
Assessments = 50%
Classwork = 25%
Homework = 20%
Performance = 5%
Extra Credit:
If you bring in a roll of paper towels, a bottle of hand
sanitizer, or a box of Kleenex tissue, you will receive
extra credit towards your end of the quarter grade.
Absent?
1st – Check the teacher’s website.
2nd – Email/inform the teacher.
3rd – Text a friend for the notes/class information.
4th – Look at absent binder when you return.
5th – Turn in missing work. The number of days you
must make up missing work is based on the number of
days you are absent.
