Venue: MBA Lecture Hall 3 Activity 1: Financial statement analysis Objective: This activity is conducted with the following objective Analysis of financial statements. Description: Each team has to come with any company’s financial statements and analyze them with a tool “Ratios analysis” and share their thoughts through presentations. Every team has to calculate all the four ratios for last three years and present them. Evaluation: Evaluation will be done on following basis: Presentation - 10M Calculation - 10M Analysis - 10M Probable outcome: After completion of the event student may able to Better understanding and analysis of financial statements Knowledge on different types of ratios. Activity 2: HR Role play Objective: This activity is conducted with the following objectives Conceptual understanding Industry application Situational analysis Better communication Description: Organizing team will allot one of the HR issue to each team. Every team must analyze the given issue by applying that to any one industry or company. Each team has to present the issue through role play. Coordination among the team members plays a vital role. Topics: Training, Disputes, Bias manager, Performance appraisal, Recruitment and selection. They have a present a detail budget report for their idea.
