HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE SYRUP

Ingredients :

1. 1 cup sugar
2. 1 cup water
3. Lemon

Step:

1. To make simple syrup, combine your desired amount of sugar and water together in a small
saucepan. And bring to a boil. It will grainy at first, and then cloudy. When it’s ready, the syrup will be
totally clear

2. Turn off the heat, add the lemon. Let steep

3. Turn heat down to low and stir it occasionally.

4. Straining and Storing. Once your syrup in room temperature, you’ll need to strain it or they can be left
on ]sheet

5. Syrup ready to serve.
