Professional Knowledge

Strengths:

As a result of being well-prepared, I continue to come to class with the required knowledge to ensure
students understand the learning objectives of each lesson and have the materials/activities to support
students in achieving these objectives.

Areas of Improvement:

Through experience, I will be able to answer questions students pose with more confidence as I will have
more experience and knowledge in subject matter.

Professional Practice
Strengths:

A clear strength I have noticed during my first three weeks of my final practicum is that I have to ability to see
when a task is not working and then changing it/act accordingly so that students are still able to achieve the
intended learning objective(s).

Areas of Improvement:

An area for improvement I have identified in regard to professional practice is that I must ensure I continue to
add constraints/modify learning tasks for students with either lower or higher skill levels in a PE environment
to ensure all students continue to be challenged when engaging in tasks.

Professional Engagement

Strengths:

Throughout placement, I have continued to engage will students and staff and have built a number of positive
relationships.
Areas of Improvement:

Learning simple but effective instructional cues is an area of improvement I must continue to focus on to ensure all
students are listening/on task.
