WORK EXPERIENCE
• New model launch tooling transition coordination, planning, and procurement - leveraged cost
savings in excess of $90K through development and implementation of new tooling initiatives
• Managed projects, from inception to implementation by contractors and CAMI skilled trades, to
ensure timely, safe, cost-effective execution, including subsequent equipment commissioning
and pre-start health and safety reviews
• Designed assembly aids, jigs, and carts to support the off-line trial builds and subsequent new

• Coordinated activities for the braking and egress subgroups of dynamics team, in order to
ensure timely, cost-effective, design and implementation
• Designed hydraulic disk brake system to safely stop the vehicle even if one of the two sets of
brakes were to fail, while meeting the stopping distance requirements for the brake test
• Negotiated corporate sponsorship and discounted prices on brake components
• Led cross-functional task force to develop a conceptual design for the solar array stand in
order maximize battery pack charge rate through support of the array at the optimal angle
