The following example shows how the selection criteria provides the basis for identifying the
desired behaviours and how these can be assessed/rated. Note only the criteria considered
critical to this role were assessed; all of which were ranked an equal “1”.

A Significantly exceeds criterion for successful job performance
B More than exceeds the criterion relative to behaviour required
C Exceeds the criterion relative to behaviour required
D Meets criterion relative to behaviour required
E Does not meet the criterion relative to behaviour required
F Not assessable on evidence provided
