DEED OF PARTITION

BE IT KNOWN TO ALL MEN:

This Deed of Partition made and executed by and between:

, Filipino Citizen, of legal age, and with residence and postal address at Cagayan
de Oro City, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY; and

, single, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, and with residence and postal address at
Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines, hereinafter called as the SECOND PARTY;

-WITNESSETH-

That the FIRST PARTY is the registered owner of a parcel of land covered and
embraced by Transfer Certificate of Title No. situated at Cagayan de Oro City,
Philippines, which is more particularly described as follows:

beginning; containing an area of ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED ONE (1,101)

That the SECOND PARTY became co-owner of the above-described parcel of

land by virtue of TWO (2) DEEDS OF ABSOLUTE SALE both dated 19 January 2005
comprising of 500 square meters and 100 square meters portion of the above-described
property;

That for purposes of this partition agreement, the above-described parcel of land
was subdivided into four (4) lots, in accordance with Psd-10-; the blue print and
approved technical description are hereto attached and made integral parts hereof;

That the above-named parties have agreed to terminate their existing community
of ownership and their respective shares and participation be adjudicated to them;

That the parties above-named have agreed to partition the above-described

parcel of land in the manner as follows:

Unto:, his heirs and assigns – Lot 35413-B-5-C of Psd-10-, containing an area of
360 SQUARE METERS, more or less;

Unto:, her heirs and assigns – Lot 35413-B-5-A, of Psd-10-, containing an area of
500 SQUARE METERS, more or less;

Unto:, her heirs and assigns – Lot 35413-B-5-B, of Psd-10-, containing an area of
100 SQUARE METERS, more or less;

Unto: ALLEY – Lot 35413-B-5-D of Psd-10-, containing an area of 141 SQUARE

METERS, more or less;

That it is hereby requested that new transfer certificates of titles be issued in the
name of the above-named co-owner in accordance with this Deed of Partition.
