Problem Statement:
Design an Autonomous robot that can perform tasks such as line following,
wall-following and LED blinking in minimum possible time.
GAME PLAY:
PRELIMINARY ROUND
(Only Line Following)
FINAL ROUND
(BOTH LINE FOLLOWER AND WALL FOLLOWING)
This round consists of two arenas: first arena consists of wall follower while the
second arena consists of the line follower path as in preliminary round.
First of all, the bot has to cross the wall following maze. The bot travels through a
path with walls on either side. There are turns and bends and the bot must make its
way through the path and solve it without touching the walls. Each time a bot
touches the walls, there is a penalty of 10 seconds.
At the end of this section is Checkpoint 1. (The main checkpoint that marks the
completion of the first zone is henceforth abbreviated as CP).
o The bot with the maximum score will be announced as the Winner.
o In case of a tie, the winner will be decided based on the number of
penalties encountered.
o If none of the Robots finishes the course, then the one which covered the
longest distance in less time, will be considered the winner.
o If the robot remains immobile for significant time, then on the spot decision
will be taken by the organizers.
