1 Enter names in green list on Lists sheet
-- There are formulas in the grey cells, in adjacent columns
2 At the end of the guest names, create an entry named END OF LIST
-- That will be a dividor between the unused names, and the used names
3 Enter numbers in blue list on Lists sheet - one for each guest
-- There are formulas in the grey cells, in adjacent column
4 On the Table Plan sheet, select guest names from the drop down lists
-- Names will appear in the donut charts, that represent the tables
-- If names are selected for more than one table, "Multi" appears on the Lists sheet, in column C
5 If you add more tables, copy an existing chart, and change the data range for the new chart
-- If you add more guests at a table, change the data range for the related chart
6 The drop down lists for the Table Plan are based on the named range "NamesUse"
