Table 2 shows that the students with high MM exposure outscored the other 2 groups, as

shown the mean differences of 5.6 and 11.21 for moderate and low MM exposure,

10 respectively. It means the high MM exposure enhances reading comprehensions because

frequent exposure to mass media enriches the vocabulary of the students and familiarizes

them with jargons that are encountered in reading a text.

In addition, the significant advantage of moderate MM exposure over those with low

15 MM is evidenced by the mean difference of 5.61(p<.05). it indicates that...
