Dear Lijuan Wang,

The alleged violation was observed on 09/19/2018.

Description:
Garbage can next to garage this morning, 8:35, Wednesday.

Garbage shall be secured in plastic bags and placed inside the container provided by the waste
removal company. Garbage containers must be stored inside on non pickup days. Garbage containers
may be put curbside no earlier than dusk of the day prior to pickup and must be removed by dusk on
the day of pickup.

In accordance with the Bylaws of the Montgomery Hills, a fine of $10 per per day or occurrence has been
applied to your maintenance account. A fine of $10 per day or occurrence will also be applied to your
account as the violation reoccurs or continues.

If you dispute this violation you must submit a written appeal within 10 days from the date on this letter, to the
Board of Trustees through sharms@rcpmanagement.com. Your appeal will be considered at the next Board
Meeting. If a resolution is not reached at that meeting you must request an Alternative Dispute Resolution
(ADR) hearing within 10 days from the Board Meeting. An ADR Committee will then review your appeal and
make further recommedations.
