Proposal & Quotation

1. Technical data:

1) Daily starch quantity: 5000 ÷ 300 = 16.7 T/day (production days according to 300days one year)

2) corn processing: 16.7×1.60≈26.72T/day（Annual yield rate: ≥62.5%）

3) Annual processing corn: 5000 × 1.6≈8000/year

4) All the economic indexes relative corn (yield rate)

a. Starch: 62 -65 %；

b. Dry germ: 5.5-6.5%；

c. Corn steep liquor: 5-6 % ( small project unfavorable production)；

b. Peel and fiber: 10-13%；

e. Protein: 4.5-6%；

f. Dry material recovery: 86—97.0 %

2. Raw material requirements:

1) Corn: starch content 70%: content water 14%.;the broken corn and impurity ≤3%; protein 8 ~ 10%
mildew: ≤ 1

2) Brimstone: meet GB

3. Technical choice:

This design uses the low energy consumption, high recovery and less pollution, wet closed-circuit
circulation new production process to greatly increase the economic benefit.

6.Corn starch production line basic parameters

1) Productivity: 26.72 tons of corn / 20 hours

2) Annual production day: 300 days

3) Total yearly processing: 8000 tons of corn

4) Daily starch: 16.7 tons

5) Installed capacity: 459.42 kw (based on the actual installation)

6) Workshop requirements

first floor: 720 m2

second floor: 150 m2

third floor: 100m2

total : 970m2

height: 10m

Final product warehouse, raw material warehouse and other auxiliary land will be decided according the buyer's
conditions.

7) Heating system: about 3 tons of steam/hour, pressure 0.5-0.88 Mpa

8) water consumption: 3.5-4.5 M3 / a ton of starch, pressure 0.2-0.25 MPa (drinking tap water standard)

9) Wastewater quantity: about 3-4 M3 / a ton of starch.

10) Product quality: comply with corn starch national standards

11) Staffing: 12 people/shift for production line, do not contain the personnel in the office

8. Delivery time

In the user finish all civil, starting from the contract comes into effect the whole equipment delivery time: about 120
days, installation debugging time about: 50 days

After finishing the civil engeneering by the buyer and the contract comes into effect. the whole equipment delivery
time: about 120 days.

The installation period is about 50 days.

9. Others:

1) All equipment manufactured according to the national standards or the enterprise standard. The quality guarantee
period is one year

2) Power supply voltage of all the equipment: 380 V / 220 V ±5% , 50 HZ

3) To provide all of the civil instruction equipment layout diagram, production process flow diagram, electric layout
drawings

4) Send 1 or 2 techincal personnel to guide and install the production line at abroad and give them technical training. Engineer
fees not included.
5) not inculding the followings:

a. Building and building facilities (workshop lighting water supply fire control system)

b. Water supply,power supply, boiler ( self-provided)

c. Equipment maintenance

d. Environmental protection facilities

e. Debugging materials and bags
