I managed the Spanish Writing & Tutoring Center, which included developing the online
tutoring platform, scheduling tutors, and preparing reports. I contributed to regular program
reviews by preparing semester enrollment reports and student and instructor surveys. I
collaborated in the lower-division language program redesign process by developing exams,
assignments, projects, rubrics, and calendars, editing syllabi, and setting up Blackboard course
development shells.
