1. Introduction

Strategic management has become a fundamental pillar competitiveness and the


survival of companies the competitive world of the globalized market of today, the
professional dedicated to the administrative sectors should be endowed with the
knowledge and fundamental skills to successfully engage in the field of strategic
management business In this order of ideas and in order to acquire knowledge in
the field of strategic management we will develop skills, with the analysis of the case
study of a company with an internal analysis of the situation in which the company
finds itself through the matrix of evaluation of the internal factor, with this tool we
identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company
2. Objectives

2.1 General purpose


Analyze the situation of a company, where we will define the situation of the
company through diagnosis and matrix. Diagnostics that will allow us to develop
strategies that allow the company to avoid the situation in which it is located.

2.2 2.2 specific objectives


• Create a SWOT matrix to identify weaknesses, opportunities, strengths and
threats concerning the company, derived from the analysis of the matrices.
• Determine the existing problems in the organization according to the diagnosis
made based on the treatment of the matrices and previous profiles to propose
strategies consistent with the real situation of the company.
• Design the strategic plan that allows the organization to face the changing
aspects in an adequate and timely manner
