RESOLUTION REALIGNING THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWO
(P103,302.00) PESOS FROM THE AGGREGATE AMOUNT FROM THE CF- P17,455.66; HS – P5,000.00;
REPAINTING - P2,000.00; HR- P7,000.00; CASH GIFT –P11,000; MOOE- P1.205.90 AND SK FUND -
P59,640.44 OF THE 2011 BRGY ANNUAL BUDGET OF POBLACION 4, PARANAS, SAMAR FOR
COUNTERPART OF THE PROPOSED SUB PROJECT OF FLOOD CONTROL OF KC-KKB MAKAMASANG
TUGON MODALITY

WHEREAS, the barangay had a proposed Sub Project of Flood Control under the KALAHI-CIDSS-KKB
Project for the Department and Social Welfare and Development which needs counterpart of the
barangay amounting to P103,302.00 prior to the implementation of the proposed prioritized sub-
project;

WHEREAS, the budget had already approved, realignment of various item of the 2011 budget is
necessary to accommodate/raise the amount needed so that the said amount be legally allocated and a
resolution also be made to that effect;

WHEREAS, on motion of Hon. Ma. Dolores A. Dabuet and unanimously seconded by all the member
present; be it-

RESOLVED AS IT IS RESOLVED to pass a RESOLUTION REALIGNING THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF POBLACION 4, PARANAS, SAMAR THRU

THE BARANGAY CHAIRMAN TO USE/UTILIZED THE SK FUND AMOUNTING TO P59,640.44 FOR
COUNTERPART OF THE PROPOSED SUB PROJECT ON DSWD KG-KK-MAMASANG TUGON MODALITY.
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of this barangay had proposed a sub project KC-KKB
MAKAMASANG TUGON MODALITY which needs counterpart for the proposed project and the
Sanggunian Kabataan deems appropriate to have share of these counterpart;

WHEREAS, the council had agreed that resolution to these effect is necessary and appropriate;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Raymund Barace and unanimously seconded, be it

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to pass a RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SANGGUNIANG

BARANGAY OF POBLACION 4, PARANAS, SAMAR THRU THE BARANGAY CHAIRMAN TO USE/UTILIZED
THE SK FUND AMOUNTING TO P59,640.44 FOR COUNTERPART OF THE PROPOSED SUB PROJECT ON
DSWD KG-KK-MAMASANG TUGON MODALITY.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be furnish the Office of the Municipal Accountant and
other offices concerned.

RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE NATIONAL GRID CORPORATION OF THE PHILIPPINES TO

TRANSFER/RELOCATE THE ELECTRIC POST SITUATED IN THE BASKETBALL COURT, BRGY. LIPATA,
PARANAS, SAMAR.

WHEREAS, the residents of Brgy. Lipata, Paranas, Samar made a representation to the Brgy. Council, to
present the problem regarding the electric post located in the basketball court, and request this August
Body that the said electric post be transfer/relocated;

WHEREAS, the council had agreed that the request is justifiable, and for these reason the body had
agreed that a request to the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines to transfer/relocate the said
electric post;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Jesus D. Dacutanan and was unanimously seconded by all the
members present, be it;

RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to pass a RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE NATIONAL GRID

CORPORATION OF THE PHILIPPINES TO TRANSFER/RELOCATE THE ELECTRIC POST SITUATED IN THE
BASKETBALL COURT, BRGY. LIPATA, PARANAS, SAMAR;

RESOLVED FURTHER, to forward this resolution to National Grid Corporation of the Philippines, Buray.
Paranas, Samar and to all concerned offices for information.
