POLICY ON MEMBERSHIP

1. A new member is required to pay the advance 3year

membership @ P350/year.
2. For the additional payment of back dues due to non-
renewal of membership, same rate applies per year.
In summary, the breakdown of fees is as follows:
Advance 3 year membership ------- P350 x 3years = P 1050
ID ---------------------------------------------------------- P 150
Postal ------------------------------------------------------ P 150
For Back Dues (per year): ----------------------------- P 350

Procedure:
1. Fill up a Membership Form (attached) and submit to
IECEP LAGUNA Chapter
2. Present PRC ID and old IECEP ID card (for renewal)
3. Contact us for the processing of your membership to
IECEP Laguna @ 0915.335.5507 c/o Maureen Ramos-
Moral, PECE, Governor-IECEP Laguna Chapter
