First block Writing part 2

Dear manager, I hope you are having a good day. I am sending to you the
report about the office space that here I’m going to explain.

First of all the space we have for the machinery is to small and the people
can’t work comfortable in their area, also the space un the hall is to small and
the people can’t pass through, they have to wait because, if they don’t, it
became a mess. This affects because they spend time on waiting, what I mean
here, is that, when people bring materials they have to wait for the other
persons to pass by and this waste of time delayed the delivery of the job.

I recommend to make a new hall or make a bigger hall I which the workers
can do their job in a comfortable and efficient way, thus they don’t interrupt
the people’s way. I really wish you can read this report and do something
about it, in case you can’t, please go further to make the changes necessaries.
The people of my department will be less stress and we will work more
efficiently. For any other fact, I will be in my office as always.
