2.1.1 Incident and Directory Report

For many years, Incident and Directory Report is one of the most important material

inside the establishment such as municipals, barangay, hospitals, police station, airlines and

many more. These incident and directory report is very useful and important because it can help

any organizations to identify the reported incident and the details unlike manual incident report it

can cause a lot of process such as slow process and action and it consumes a lot of time and

effort to record a incident.

Synthesis:

Doing the report manually can affect quick response and services. It can also

cause errors and the time will be used for manual labor is long. This elaborates that a

manual system can cause missed recorded information and it will have a high percentage

if not checked correctly.
