*Call to Worship:
L. God calls, “Where are you?”
and we respond with guilty silences.
P. God calls, and we are afraid;
God is our dwelling place, and we try to move out.
L. In Christ, God summons us back to full participation in life.
P. It is hard to reorder our priorities
to give God first place in our lives.
L. There is good news here of Sabbath rest
and resources to meet all life’s troubles.
P. We come to listen for God’s active, living word,
and open ourselves to the One who knows us best.
