Apparatus Description
ULTIMATE HD WALK-IN OVENS  These large industrial walk-in
(UWH) ovens have standard chamber
sizes that pick up where the
other standard walk-in oven
lines leave off, and culminate
with a 12 foot wide X 50 foot
long X 10 foot high model.

 Standard temperature range

are between 800 Fahrenheit to
1000 Fahrenheit.

 Can be used for composite

curing and aluminium aging
too.
SERIES 1000 COVERED, TAPERED  Used for pouring small casting.
LADLE
 This machine offered one man
power operation.

 The rear stop help to prevent

the ladle form tipping off when
the cover is open.

 Size of ladle are between 9 to

11 inch.

 Can hold from 100 to 600 lb of

molten.
MODERN END DUMP BUCKET  Charging of scrap and ingot is
CHARGING SYSTEM automatic.

 The maximum capacity is

8000 lb/hr.

 Allow capacity of
1200 lb/charge.

 System include non-flammable

fluid.

 Charger controls are interfaced

with the melt system PLC to
automatically initiate charging
mode.
