Nursing Care On Miss. E With Digestive System Disorders: Gastritis In The Space
Of Disease Inh The Regional General Hospital Dr. Agoesdjam Ketapang

ABSTRACT

Background: Of medical record data in regonal general hospital dr.Agoesdjam

Ketapang, gastritis cases in general in 2016 as many as 317, cases in 2017 as
many as 210 cases. Based on the data obtained, it appears that there is an increase
in every year the number of patients who enter.

Objective: Provide an overview of the implementation of nursing care with the

digestive system: gastritis directly to clients with a comprehensive approach in the
space of disease in public hospitals dr. Agoesdjsm Ketapang

Writing Methods : Study of literature and studies participatory.

Result : from the results of the assessment conducted found five nursing
diagnoses found in Ny. E with the priority of the main problem of nutritional
imbalance is less than the needs of the body.not in accordance with theoritical
nursing care there is one.

Discussion: Regarding the cases that have been described obtained gap between
theoritical overview and review cases, factors supporting and inhibiting
factors,aswell as follow up plain in the implenetation of real-stage nursing
proccess, namely the assesment namely the assesment , diagnoses, planning,
implementation and evaluation of nursing.

Conclution :The aplication of theory in the field of nursing care required

cooperation leactionis based of the aplicable procedures.
