What did Kim do wrong? (Section worth 6 points)

The first thing she did wrong was setting the milk, cream,butter and eggs on the prep table. She should
have put them in the low boy while she was gathering the rest of the ingredients. She made a mess with
the eggs and should have wiped it up before continuing. The ingredients sat out for over 4 hours and
should have been thrown out. She crossed contaminated when she cut the melons on the salad prep
table. She used the inferred thermometer instead of a digital thermometer. She cut the strawberries on
the same table she used for the melons. She then put the eggs and cream back into the refrigerator
when they should have been thrown out.
