Colorado FOP Media Statement – Frank Gale

Frank Gale is a man of the highest integrity who lives his life with honor. We will stand by him
throughout the legal process, which in the end, will demonstrate that he has done nothing wrong.

The FOP believes this is a politically motivated investigation purposefully targeting a prominent figure
both in the State FOP and the Denver Sheriff’s FOP lodge 27. Frank Gale has been a steadfast advocate
for members of law enforcement, especially those deputies working for the Denver Sheriff’s
Department. He has always stood up for those who were and are exploited by a corrupt political
system in Denver.

We believe these baseless charges are designed to curtail the FOP’s public and powerful advocacy for
its members and to smear the name of Frank Gale and the Fraternal Order of Police. These corrupt
forces will not succeed and the FOP will continue to represent its members with true leaders and
honorable men and women like Frank Gale.
